My name is Dominika and together with my colleague Martina we are in charge of finding new employees for Duhovka. We would like to explain how this process works in order to make it pleasant and mutually beneficial. We want to avoid any worries or uncertainties on your side.
If anything is not clear to you during our meetings, please ask. This will also clarify for us what we need to do better for both our candidates and for Duhovka. We believe that there is no such thing as a bad question :-)

We will probably be the first people you meet in Duhovka. It is important for us to know what job you are looking for and what experience you offer to Duhovka. Our task is to find a match between you and a vacancy in Duhovka so that everyone is satisfied :-)
Send us your CV so we can see if you meet most of the criteria we are looking for in the position and we will get in touch. We will be interested in learning about your ideas for working with us and at the same time, we will explain our expectations to you.

The second round of the selection process is usually a practical demonstration of an activity at our school - it can be a lesson with students, working with children in the After-School Center or a test of professional knowledge or a case study depending on the position.
If this works out as well and both parties say "yes", we agree on the terms of the employment contract.
